* Why D'Angelo Why *

So over the weekend D'Angelo was busted by a undercover cop after he offered her 40 dollars for oral sex. All I want to know is WHY.
Aren't there plenty of groupies out there who would have done it for free come on D'Angelo. The reports say that he had 12,000 dollars in cash on him yet he had only offered the woman 40 dollars. At least he wasn't going to be spending all his cash and was smart on that part.
D'Angelo is no stranger to trouble he has been in and out of jail for marijuana possession, DUI and resisiting arrest.
I don't know what's up with him maybe he needs to go on Celebrity Rehab or something and get his mind right. He use to be crazy talented and now it just seems he's wasting it.
I guess fame is really a gift and a curse.
